My journey from arriving in Canada on a work permit to becoming a proud citizen is a testament to perseverance and hard work. A key part of this journey was TRiCARE Academy Career College, where I gained the essential skills needed to succeed in the medical field. With its dedication to providing quality education, TRiCARE not only helped me grow both personally and professionally but also offered the assurance of job security, with their commitment to securing employment for their graduates. My award that I received from Bayshore is one of many accomplishments that I have received throughout my career. Though it is true that working with elderly care presents unique challenges, my experience, training and passion for helping others has kept me motivated. I believe that with the proper education, guidance, and a caring heart, anyone can find joy in their work, no matter the challenges. Good deeds truly come back, and the positive impact I make on others is my greatest reward.
